Get in touch
Questions, corrections, advertising enquiries and privacy requests all go to the same inbox, and every message is read.
Trivia Mountain is run by one person as a side project, so replies usually take a few days. Messages about incorrect questions are prioritised.
Reporting an incorrect question
This is the most useful thing you can email about. The question set is refreshed daily and checked automatically, but errors and ambiguities do get through. To help us fix one quickly, please include:
- The question wording, copied or typed out as closely as you can manage.
- The date you played, since a new set is published every day.
- Which answer was marked correct and which one you believe is right.
- A source, if you have one handy. Not required, but it speeds things up a great deal.
Corrected questions are removed from rotation. We are not able to restore or adjust individual scores, because scores are never stored — see the privacy policy for why.
Advertising and partnerships
For advertising enquiries, sponsorship or anything commercial, email the address above with “Advertising” in the subject line. Please note that adverts are served through third-party networks and do not affect the questions or the answers in any way.
Privacy requests
To ask what data is held about you, or to request deletion, email the address above with “Privacy” in the subject line. Because Trivia Mountain has no accounts and stores no personal information, there is usually very little to report — but the request will still be answered. Details of what is and is not collected are set out in the privacy policy.
Feature ideas and general feedback
Suggestions are welcome, particularly around difficulty balance, subject mix and anything that reads awkwardly on a phone. Not every idea can be built, but all of them are read.
Before you write
A few things are already covered elsewhere: the full rules and scoring breakdown live on the how to play page, and the frequently asked questions handle accounts, replays, timers and daily resets.
